Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences and understand how you use it. Some cookies are essential for the site to function; others help us improve the experience.

We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies. Our only analytics tool is cookieless and aggregate.

Essential and functional cookies are required for the site to work and cannot be declined. The only optional category is error reporting: it stays off unless you click “Accept” on the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that choice at any time via the button below. You can also clear cookies through your browser settings. Note that clearing essential cookies will sign you out.

5. Third-party cookies
Stripe may set cookies during the checkout flow to prevent fraud and process payments. These are governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Vercel Analytics loads a small script from va.vercel-scripts.com to count visitors but sets no cookies. No other third-party cookies are used on our site.
6. Desktop application
The ContextSnip desktop app does not use cookies. It stores a session token locally for authentication and makes network requests only to Supabase (auth), GitHub (update checks), optionally HuggingFace (Whisper model download), and, while “Send anonymous error reports” is enabled in Settings, Sentry (scrubbed error diagnostics).
